Brewer Morris Recruitment is supporting a leading international Financial Services organisation in their search for a Tax Manager to join its growing finance function in London.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified tax professional to take ownership of UK and European tax compliance, reporting and governance activities within a complex international business. The role offers broad exposure across direct and indirect taxes, regular interaction with senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to contribute to process improvement, automation initiatives and wider tax projects across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with finance teams and external advisers, you will support a wide range of tax matters across the UK and Europe, including:
- Supporting the preparation of UK and European corporate tax returns.
- Coordinating VAT and indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Maintaining transfer pricing documentation and related compliance requirements.
- Preparing tax disclosures for statutory accounts and group reporting.
- Managing relationships with external tax advisers and supporting audits.
- Producing tax forecasts and payment calculations.
- Enhancing tax processes, controls and risk management frameworks.
- Identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Supporting the implementation of new tax legislation and regulatory developments.
- Assisting with ad hoc tax projects and business initiatives.

About You
We are keen to speak with qualified tax professionals who have:
- ACA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 3 years' post-qualified experience in tax.
- Experience working within the Financial Services industry.
- Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax and indirect taxes.
- Exposure to international tax matters and multi-jurisdictional environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
