Tax Manager

Are you passionate about the intersection of tax, media, and entertainment? Do you thrive in environments where creative problem-solving meets technical tax expertise? Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios is one of the world's most dynamic and fast-growing entertainment businesses, delivering award-winning content to hundreds of millions of customers globally. We're looking for a Tax Manager to join our team in London and help shape the tax strategy that supports this exciting business.

Your day will be a blend of strategic tax planning, cross-functional collaboration, and creative problem-solving. You'll dive deep into UK and international tax complexities, translating intricate tax regulations into actionable insights for our Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios business. You'll work across multiple jurisdictions, navigate the intersection of corporate tax with withholding, indirect, transfer pricing, and other tax disciplines, and partner closely with both the tax team and the wider Prime Video business.

This is a role for someone who can operate independently in ambiguous situations, design long-term solutions, and influence stakeholders across the organization. You'll take the lead on key initiatives, mentor team members, and drive process improvements that scale with our rapidly evolving business.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, business-partnered tax advisory support to the Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios business across EMEA, covering content acquisition, production, licensing, and distribution activities
  • Identify, evaluate, and advise on the tax implications of new business initiatives, restructurings, and cross-border transactions
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of tax solutions for complex problems, presenting a variety of approaches and clearly representing the benefits and trade-offs of each
  • Design long-term tax planning strategies that balance short-term business needs with sustainable, compliant structures
  • Partner with transfer pricing, indirect tax, withholding tax, and other specialist teams to deliver holistic tax advice
  • Manage relationships with external advisors and tax authorities as needed
  • Drive process improvements and operational excellence best practices within the tax advisory function
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in the UK and across EMEA, assessing impact on the Prime Video business and recommending proactive responses

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
