An established and highly regarded Financial Services Transfer Pricing team is looking to hire a Manager into its London practice.

This is an advisory focused role offering exposure to technically interesting Transfer Pricing projects across a broad Financial Services client base, including banking, insurance, asset management, fintech and commodity trading.

The role

You will work alongside experienced Directors and Partners, advising clients on a range of Transfer Pricing matters including:

  • Transfer Pricing documentation and benchmarking
  • Value chain analysis and complex advisory projects
  • Multi jurisdictional engagements and tax authority matters
  • Client relationship management and business development
  • Managing projects and reviewing the work of junior team members

You will join an established Financial Services Transfer Pricing team of around 30 professionals in London, with a strong reputation for technical expertise and a collaborative culture.

Skillset

  • Strong Transfer Pricing experience, ideally within Financial Services (Insurance, Banking, Asset Management, Fintechs or Commodity trading)
  • Experience across an industry such as banking, insurance, asset management, fintech or commodity trading is required
  • Good technical knowledge across documentation, benchmarking and value chain analysis
  • Strong client management and communication skills
  • Experience managing projects and developing junior team members
  • CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred
