Tax Manager – London | International Real Estate Investment Business
We're recruiting for a Tax Manager on behalf of a well-established international real estate investment and asset management business, with a global portfolio spanning North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific (offices across the US, London, Europe and Asia).
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a number two role within a lean, high-impact Tax Team, reporting directly to the Director of Tax, with genuine scope to shape global tax processes and policy.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing UK and international tax compliance across the business and its managed portfolio
- Reviewing global corporate tax returns and select VAT/GST and Fringe Benefit Tax filings
- Preparing year-end tax provisions and investor tax reporting
- Maintaining global transfer pricing documentation
- Supporting tax structuring and due diligence on acquisitions and disposals
- Liaising with HMRC and international tax authorities on audits and enquiries
- Driving process improvements across global tax systems and policies

What we're looking for:
- 6+ years' relevant experience, ACA/CA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong UK and international corporate tax technical knowledge
- VAT/GST and employment tax exposure a plus
- Real estate investment or development sector experience beneficial
- Excellent communicator, comfortable working across regions and time zones
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative
