💼 Tax Partner

📍 Location: Henley on Thames / North London

💷 Salary: £120,000 - £160,000 + significant bonus + long-term equity potential

🏢 Flexible working

An award-winning independent corporate finance advisory firm is looking for an ambitious Tax Partner to establish and lead its transactional tax offering.

This is far more than another tax role.

It's an opportunity to build a new service line within an established, highly profitable advisory business with an outstanding reputation in the lower mid-market M&A space. Backed by a strong flow of existing corporate finance work and an experienced partner group, you'll have the autonomy, platform, and support to create something genuinely significant.

🌟 The Opportunity

You'll become the firm's lead transactional tax specialist, supporting a high-performing corporate finance and due diligence team while growing a standalone tax advisory offering.

  • There is already a substantial internal pipeline of work waiting to be delivered, giving you an immediate platform to build from while developing new client relationships and expanding the firm's market presence.
  • This is a genuine partner track opportunity with clear long-term progression and the ability to influence the future direction of the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
