Tax Reporting Director
Pure Search are partnered with a multinational business looking to hire a Tax Reporting Director to report into the Global Head of Tax.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Group’s end-to-end tax reporting and provision process, ensuring accurate tax balances and disclosures are prepared for consolidated financial statements under US GAAP.
- Oversee tax accounting across the Group, including entity-level provisions, US federal and state taxes, uncertain tax positions, deferred tax balances, and the effective tax rate.
- Own quarterly tax reporting, forecasting, and cash tax planning, including the development and implementation of improved forecasting models and reporting processes.
- Manage UK and US statutory tax reporting requirements, ensuring provisions are prepared under the relevant accounting frameworks and coordinating the associated external audit processes.
- Take responsibility for the Group’s Country-by-Country Reporting obligations and coordinate the collection, validation, and delivery of information required for Pillar Two compliance.
- Drive the integration of tax reporting into the Group’s new ERP environment, while redesigning existing processes to improve automation, controls, data quality, and scalability.
- Partner closely with the Group Head of Tax, Finance, UK and US tax teams, auditors, and external advisers, providing senior oversight across tax reporting, compliance, and transformation initiatives.

Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent
- Extensive tax reporting experience at senior manager level or above, in-house or in practice
- Experience managing CbCR, Pillar II compliance, and US GAAP exposure
- Ability to travel into London 3 days per week
- No visa sponsorship available

This is a full-time role based in Central London 3 days per week, paying up to £140,000 + bonus.
