Tax Reporting Manager

Our client is a global tech business searching for a Tax Reporting Manager to join the in-house tax team in Slough.

About the Role

As the Tax Reporting Manager, you will report to the Tax Compliance and Tax Reporting Director and work alongside 5 others in the UK tax team. A few of your responsibilities include:

  • Prepare quarterly and annual tax reporting under US GAAP (ASC 740), including current and deferred tax provisions, tax journals, and FIN 48 analyses.
  • Coordinate the Group's Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and Public CbCR obligations.
  • Manage the Group's OECD Pillar Two compliance using the Orbitax platform, including GloBE calculations and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve tax processes through automation and technology.
  • Mentor and support the development of junior members of the tax team.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you should be ACA, CTA, or ACCA qualified with either IFRS or US GAAP tax reporting experience. TRS systems knowledge is advantageous but not an essential requirement. Excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate and liaise with key stakeholders are essential.

Compensation

This opportunity offers £70,000-£80,000 base salary plus 10% discretionary bonus, and other benefits. The tax team are in office 2 days a week.
