If you are an ambitious Tax professional ready for the next step or seeking a new challenge on a part or full-time basis, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of personal and business tax clients.
  • Preparing and reviewing personal tax returns and associated computations.
  • Providing tax planning advice for individuals, owner-managed businesses, partnerships and companies.
  • Advising clients on Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and Income Tax planning.
  • Assisting clients and their families with estate and succession planning.
  • Supporting the administration of estates, including probate-related tax work, taxation of periods of administration and liaising with HMCTS.
  • Preparing Inheritance Tax accounts and liaising with HMRC on estate matters.
  • Reviewing work completed by junior team members and providing guidance where required.
  • Assisting with tax enquiries and HMRC correspondence.
  • Maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients, executors, solicitors and professional contacts.
  • Identifying opportunities to add value and provide additional services to clients.
  • Supporting the continued growth and development of the tax area.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
