The opportunity
As a T&C Manager - Supervision, you will lead and develop a high-performing Training & Competence team, ensuring the effective delivery and continual improvement of the 2plan Training & Competence framework.
The role is responsible for providing data-driven oversight of adviser competence, supervisory activity and emerging risks, ensuring regulatory requirements, business standards and customer outcome expectations are met.
Please note, this is a hybrid role based in Leeds 3 days a week.
The benefits:
- Salary - Up to £65,000 depending on experience
- Bonus scheme - on target bonus - 15%
- An annual car allowance of £4,236
- Pension scheme - contribute up to 5% of your salary and Openwork will match you and put in an extra 5%

Key responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and motivate the T&C Supervisors to create a high-performing, engaged team.
- Ensure the effective operation of the T&C framework and associated supervisory activities.
- Drive consistency of supervisory standards, judgements and decision-making through coaching and collaboration.
- Oversee competence assessments and recommendations.
- Use data-driven oversight to identify adviser, supervisor and business risks.
- Maintain and enhance T&C policies, procedures, guidance and supporting documentation.
What will you need to succeed?
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is essential
- Proven experience in T&C, supervising and coaching advisors
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams
- Supervisory qualification H15 or J07 is desirable, not essential
