T&C Supervisor

Location: UK Wide - field based
Salary: Up to £60,000

Benefits:

Role Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced T&C Supervisor to join a specialist supervision team responsible for delivering quality and risk oversight across adviser networks. You'll work closely with advisers, practice supervisors and key internal stakeholders, ensuring regulatory standards are met while promoting positive customer outcomes and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Training & Competence supervision in line with the organisation's supervision framework, ensuring effective oversight of advisers and partner firms.
  • Apply a risk-based approach to supervision, using MI and data to identify trends, root causes and appropriate remedial actions.
  • Build strong relationships with Practice Supervisors and internal stakeholders to promote positive customer outcomes and regulatory compliance.
  • Plan and manage supervision activities proactively, balancing commercial awareness with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Level 4 Diploma qualification (essential).
  • Experience supervising financial advisers within a regulated financial services environment.
  • Strong understanding of the UK financial services regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge and work independently.
