Job Title: TCG Content & Campaign Manager
Job Summary: Join the digital journey of the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) and be part of our exciting growth! The TCG Content & Campaign Manager will be responsible for ensuring our product content and digital campaigns are impactful and optimized for online shopping, providing the best-in-class shopper experience and driving engagement on E-Commerce platforms such as Amazon.

What you’ll do
- Understand the online shopper journey of Pokémon TCG products
- Establish detailed specifications of content needs for online retailers in line with best practices.
- Drive discussions with internal teams (Marketing, Localization, Design) to create and optimize content (assets & copy) adapted to e-Commerce.
- Create an online content calendar to plan assets and copy of the whole TCG line-up to ensure a timely delivery in line with company launches and key events.
- Upload content and create product pages within required deadlines.
- Create best-in-class digital shops in shops and track key metrics for continuous improvement.
- Execute Cross-Regional Brand Moments on digital shops, in line with Pokémon launches and retailers’ key events.
- Maintain relationships with online retailers to ensure their merchandising needs are met.
- Budget, plan and execute sponsored and DSP campaigns with the support of our dedicated agency.
What you’ll bring
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of professional experience with at least three (3) years of experience in e-Commerce working as a content manager and digital ads manager with emphasis on optimizing the online shopper journey.
- Experience with Amazon back-end portal (Vendor Central) or similar platform.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Intermediate level in Photoshop required - Ability to reformat, amend, edit, and create basic graphics.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem solving/troubleshooting skills
- Team player, willing to support and enhance the activities of other members of the team and wider business.
- Proficiency with CSS and HTML preferred, but not essential.
- Fluent in Arabic is a plus.
- Basic level in Illustrator preferred - Ability to create basic documents, use shapes, and utilize selection and drawing tools.

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between £54,000.00 - £65,000.00 per year. The full range is £54,000.00 - £97,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
