With over 300 years of history, our newly revamped flagship store is the oldest tea shop in London. Based at The Strand, the Brand Ambassador will thrive in this vibrant environment, whether it is delivering masterclasses, promoting our products at the leaf sampling bar or delivering a first-class customer service to tea-lovers who walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge and great passion for Twinings products.
- Maximize selling opportunities and ensure everyone leaving our environment would recommend and buy our products as a result of having met you.
- Deliver World Class Customer Service by ensuring that all quality and standard operating procedures are being followed.
- Build productive relationships with Strand customers but also supporting Twinings National Accounts.
- Creatively innovating and collaborating with the wider team to deliver events and classes to promote Twinings products.
- Balancing the cash register, reporting discrepancies and dealing with customer refunds.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Has a passion for tea and wellbeing drinks.
- Can build and maintain relationships with team members, collaborate and seeks input from others.
- Listens to, understands and recognizes specific needs of individual customers.
- Confident in giving advice and making decisions in unexpected situations.
- Flexible to do different tasks.
- Curious to learn more every day.
- Experience of working in a customer facing role.
