Job Description
We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Professionals for overnight and evening shifts (16:00 until 22:00). You’ll deliver high-quality, personalised care to support our clients in their own homes, making a meaningful difference to their independence, safety, and well-being.
Each visit is tailored to the individual’s needs. As a Care Professional at Home Instead, you could be assisting with:
- Personal care support
- Medication management
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Errands, including accompanying clients to appointments or pharmacies
- Morning routine assistance
- Companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Safety checks at home

This role is UK-based, and proof of the right to work in the UK will be required.
Requirements
- No formal qualifications needed – full training provided
- A compassionate attitude and a desire to improve lives through care
- Independent transport (vehicles used must be roadworthy and insured)
Training & Support
All Care Professionals receive: ✅ Industry-leading training, including FREE Care Certificate Training ✅ Introductions and shadowing opportunities with clients before starting ✅ Ongoing mentorship and support from experienced teams ✅ Enhanced pay rates for weekends, bank holidays & night shifts

- Competitive pay: £13.80 per hour
- Mileage rate: 40p per mile (reimbursed for work-related travel)
