Care Professional (Morning Calls) – Full-Time

Home Instead is the world’s leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people.
About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team of Care Professionals working morning shifts (16:00–22:00). Our mission is to deliver high-quality care that enhances the independence, well-being, and safety of older adults in their own homes.
With a minimum call time of 30 minutes, our Care Professionals tailor their support to meet each client’s unique needs. Every visit is different—no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
As a Home Instead Care Professional, your duties may include:
- Assisting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Helping with medication management
- Preparing nutritious meals
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Running errands, such as:
- Accompanying clients on appointments
- accompany clients to shops or local amenities
- Supporting clients with morning routines
- Providing companionship and engaging conversation
- Ensuring clients remain safe and healthy within their home

Requirements
- No prior qualifications are required—we provide full training
- A genuine desire to make a positive difference in clients’ lives
- A right to work in the UK (verified as part of recruitment)
- A suitable personal vehicle (essential for home visits and errands)
Training & Development
- Free Care Certificate Training (industry-standard qualification)
- Hands-on induction and client introductions (shadowing available)
- Ongoing support from our dedicated team
