Care Professional (Tea Time & Evening Calls) – Home Instead

Job Description
We are looking to grow our brilliant team of Care Professionals for Tea Time & Evening calls from 16.00 until 22.00.
We provide quality care that makes a real difference to the people we care for at home. With a minimum of 30-minute calls and personalised support with clients you're matched with, this is home care at its best.
Our Care Professionals are trained to help our clients remain independent, active and safe. Every call is different as it's based on the needs of each individual.
Key Responsibilities
As a Home Instead Care Professional, your client visits may include:
- Providing personal care
- Assisting with medication management
- Preparing meals
- Performing light housekeeping
- Running errands (e.g., accompanying clients to appointments or shops)
- Helping clients with morning routines
- Offering companionship and conversation
- Ensuring safety and healthy living in their home

This role is UK-based. The right to work in the UK will be established as part of the recruitment process.

Additional Information
As a Care Professional, you will receive:

- Working hours: 16:00 – 19:00, alternating weekends

Hourly Pay Rate: £13.80
Key Requirements
- Must have a suitable independent means of transport (essential due to home visits and client accompaniments)
- DBS enhanced disclosure required as part of safeguarding policy
