TAL (Xueersi) is a leading educational institution in China focusing on children’s quality education. We provide systematic, fun English reading courses for kids aged 2–12, with professional curriculum systems, complete teaching support and a friendly international teaching team. About This Role
If you’re a young educator curious about China, fond of working with bright minds and passionate about early childhood English education, we’d love to have you on board! As an English Teacher at TAL, your responsibilities include:
- Deliver high-quality English reading classes for children aged 2–6 and design lively, interactive classroom activities based on our official curriculum system.
- Take part in regular team lesson planning, demo lesson recording, lesson refinement and curriculum optimization meetings.
- Answer students’ learning questions after class, maintain positive communication with children and parents to deliver excellent teaching service experience.
- Complete teaching assessments and collaborative team tasks as required by the campus.

Working Hours: 40 working hours per week with two rest days every week.
What We're Looking For:
- Native-level English proficiency with clear, standard pronunciation and strong verbal communication skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; candidates majoring in Education or Preschool Education are highly preferred.
- Required Qualifications & Certifications: Valid teaching qualification, 120-hour+ TESL/TEFL certificate; TESL/TEFL Diploma holders are prioritized.
- Candidates who do not currently hold TESL/TEFL certificates are still encouraged to apply; certification support or sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates.
- No prior teaching experience required.
- Love children, have a passion for English education and hold professional child-oriented teaching concepts.
- Able to prepare lessons independently, proficient in classroom management and communicating with young kids.
- Accept flexible seasonal schedule adjustments during peak teaching periods and actively participate in team teaching research.
- Abide by non-compete and confidentiality agreements.

Pay & Benefits Structure:
- Pre-tax monthly salary: RMB 25,000 – 35,000 (housing allowance included), determined by your teaching background and interview performance.
- 40 working hours per week; you are entitled to all statutory public holidays in China.
- Full sponsorship for Z Work Visa, Foreigner Work Permit and Residence Permit.
- Chinese social insurance covered.
- Supplementary commercial medical insurance provided.
- Airport pick-up service and one week of complimentary hotel accommodation upon arrival.
