Are you looking for a role that allows you to empower, innovate, and be creative with learning methods while providing support and encouraging participation in education?

Pebbles is excited to announce that we are actively recruiting a Teacher to join our Thirsk School in North Yorkshire.

Pebbles Education understands that traditional teaching models do not work for every child. We pride ourselves in providing tailored educational programmes that foster a positive academic experience. Our bespoke packages are designed to meet the unique needs of each student while offering a range of qualifications that cater to individual learning styles.

Your Role

Collaboration is key, and you will work with other educators, support staff, and our psychology team to ensure a holistic approach to each child’s development. You will empower pupils and provide them with the support and resources they need.

What makes working with Pebbles Education different?

  • Small class sizes allow you to build meaningful and effective relationships with young people and make a real difference.
  • The opportunity to deliver an individualised curriculum for all pupils to give them the best chance to learn.
  • You will enjoy high levels of autonomy within a progressive and collaborative culture.
  • You will use leading-edge technology to track and develop individual learning and continually develop your teaching style.
  • You will have the opportunity to be creative and contribute to the broader curriculum, including outdoor education and flexible learning.
  • We aspire to provide every young person with the best possible experience and skills. We provide every learner with the resources they need to progress and overcome their barriers to learning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
