This role is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and professional individual with a sporting background to join a forward-thinking college in the development and teaching of a range of Sport courses, with a strong focus on multi skills coaching and collaborative partnerships across schools and community settings.
About the Role
The primary focus of the role will be the planning and delivery of further education Sport programmes that embed multi skills coaching principles and support strong partnership working with local schools, community organisations and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Deliver a variety of applied theoretical and practical elements of qualifications such as Coaching and Leadership, BTEC and related apprenticeship provision, embedding real-world coaching experiences within school and community environments.
- Create a supportive and professional learning environment that develops learners academically, practically and personally.
- Be organised, with excellent time management and administrative skills, and able to build and sustain positive relationships with school leaders, community partners, employers and students.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational ability, and a flexible and professional approach.

Requirements
- Educated to at least Level 3 in Coaching or Degree Level in a sport-based qualification.
- Possess a relevant teaching qualification.
- High levels of self-motivation, energy and autonomy to deliver and continually enhance programmes that provide outstanding learning experiences and meaningful community impact.

Hours
A full-time post carries 828 delivery hours (pro rata for part-time hours).
