Company Description
Ramzunā Languages is a non-profit organization that provides free, personalized English, German, and French lessons to Palestinian learners aged 13 and above, living in Palestine or abroad. Each learner is matched with a qualified volunteer teacher for weekly one-to-one, small-group, or asynchronous sessions tailored to their goals, pace, and interests. The programme is built on the belief that education is a human right and should be accessible to everyone, regardless of location or circumstances. Ramzunā Languages works entirely online, enabling flexible learning opportunities and global volunteer engagement, supported by an active presence on its multilingual websites and social media channels.

Role Description
The Teacher Liaison is a part-time, unpaid voluntary role responsible for supporting volunteer teachers and ensuring smooth coordination between teachers, students, and the wider Ramzunā Languages team.
Time commitment:
4-5 hours/week
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining regular communication with teachers.
- Addressing questions or problems related to lessons and students.
- Helping match teachers with students.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build supportive relationships with volunteer teachers and learners.
- Strong writing skills.
- Organizational and coordination skills.
- Cultural sensitivity and empathy.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
- Ability to work independently, and maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
