Closing Date: 24 August 2026

Reference Number: TD-RGCW-0826

Robert Gordon's College is an HMC independent co-educational day school and nursery in the heart of Aberdeen with around 1300 pupils aged 3-18. Our pupils’ success is built on a strong sense of who they are, what they can achieve, and what it feels like to be part of a happy and purposeful school community.

About the Role

The College is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative colleague to join our successful Drama Team which boasts first-class resources and facilities. This post is on a fixed-term basis and would be equally suitable for an experienced teacher or for a probationer teacher, but passion for the subject and the desire to inspire others are essential. This post offers the opportunity to work with high-ability students in a supportive, friendly, and forward-thinking environment. The successful candidate will be fully involved with the extensive co-curricular life of the Creative Arts department, will demonstrate a real enthusiasm for the subject, and be capable of teaching across all key stages of Drama.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
