Role Description
The English Teacher role at BSC Education in Brighton is a temporary (Full Time / Part Time), on-site position focused on delivering high quality English language lessons to a range of diverse students.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Preparing and delivering engaging lessons
- Tailoring teaching methods to different proficiency levels
- Supporting students in building confidence in spoken and written English
- Creating lesson plans aligned with BSC’s standards
- Assessing student progress
- Providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance

Qualifications
- Strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience supporting students at various levels.
- Effective Lesson Planning and Education skills to design structured, student-centered lessons.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- A relevant teaching qualification or certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) and experience in English language education.
- Cultural awareness, classroom management skills, and the ability to create an inclusive, respectful learning environment.
- Reliability, organisation, and the ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet different learning styles and goals.
