MPS – UPS £32,916 - £51,047 (pay award pending)
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher of English, committed to enabling all children in their care to thrive, creating a stimulating and positive classroom ethos whilst supporting and challenging all to succeed. This is an exciting time to join our team and we welcome applications from ECTs as well as experienced teachers who are seeking a new challenge and/or career progression.
The English Faculty at Langley is a strong team of highly skilled, committed professionals, united in their dedication to pupils and passion for their subject. As the work of this post involves working with children, adults at risk or in a position of trust, it is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Where this post meets the definition of Regulated Activity (as defined in the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 as amended by the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012) the relevant barred list(s) for children and adults will also be checked. You must disclose details of all unfiltered reprimands, formal warnings, cautions and convictions as these will be disclosed by the DBS.
