Are you an experienced English Teacher looking for your next challenge?
We're working with a specialist education provider seeking a passionate and driven teacher to join their team, delivering high-quality English lessons to young people with SEND, SEMH and additional learning needs.
This isn't just a teaching role. For the right person, there is also the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities, helping to shape curriculum delivery, literacy interventions and teaching and learning across the provision.
β¨ The Role:
- β Teach English to students with a range of SEND and SEMH needs
- β Deliver engaging, adaptive and trauma-informed lessons
- β Support students to build confidence, resilience and independence
- β Create meaningful learning opportunities tailored to individual needs
- β Work closely with pastoral, safeguarding and therapeutic teams
- β Contribute to EHCP reviews, progress tracking and personalised learning plans

π We're Looking For Someone Who:
- β Holds QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification)
- β Has experience working with SEND, SEMH or vulnerable learners
- β Builds strong, positive relationships with young people
- β Understands trauma-informed and relational approaches
- β Can adapt teaching to suit individual learning needs
- β Has strong behaviour management and communication skills
- β Is passionate about making a genuine difference
