An exciting opportunity to join a growing Art and Design team in an innovative and rapidly developing school.
Shireland CBSO Academy, opened in September 2023, is a unique institution established in partnership with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra. As the country’s first state school to open in partnership with an arts organisation, our academy offers an ambitious, creative and inclusive environment where every student’s potential is nurtured and celebrated.
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teacher of Food Technology to join our expanding Art and Design department. This role would suit either an experienced practitioner or an Early Career Teacher eager to develop within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. You will be part of the team delivering Food Technology to our first KS4 cohort, helping to shape a high-quality, relevant and engaging curriculum that develops practical skills, food science understanding and nutritional awareness.
