Castle Manor Academy is looking for an exceptional Teacher of Mathematics to join our growing team in our small family school.

We are passionate about teaching of Mathematics and expect you to be too. We are looking for an individual to join the team as it continues to grow as our school numbers rise. The Maths Team is experienced, collaborative and supportive and are committed to excellence. Our outcomes in terms of both progress and attainment in Mathematics are very strong, with Mathematics being one of the top performing subjects in the school.

You will be dedicated, creative and motivated with a determination to achieve the highest outcomes, have an incisive understanding of teaching and learning and the ability to reflect and challenge. Professional development opportunities are plentiful, and we are working hard to be innovative around workload - we want you to have a balanced life and enjoy working with our children! We have strong supportive policies on feedback, reporting and behaviour for learning that allow you and your team time to plan and teach excellent lessons.
