King Charles is a maintained school in Walsall that offers a supportive and inclusive environment. We are looking to appoint a passionate, creative and compassionate teacher to join our friendly and supportive team in Stepping Stones for a period of maternity cover. Stepping Stones is a small group of 7 children in KS1 with additional education needs. The aim of the group is to support children to access mainstream education with a blended learning approach. This role is an excellent opportunity for an Early Career Teacher looking to thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for raising the standards of teaching, learning, achievement and attainment for pupils. You will be working alongside our well-structured and supportive staff to help our children enjoy, learn and achieve success.

We are looking for:

  • Inspirational practitioners with an excellent knowledge of the curriculum and practice
  • Innovative and creative practice in the classroom
  • Experience teaching pupils with SEND or a strong interest in inclusive education.
