Teacher Success Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Teacher Success Manager to take complete ownership of the teacher lifecycle — from hiring and onboarding to training, quality management, performance monitoring, PTMs, and exit management.

The ideal candidate should have strong EdTech experience, excellent people-management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Quality Management

  • Design and conduct training programs for new and existing teachers.
  • Ensure teachers meet defined teaching, communication, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and provide structured feedback.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
  • Track training outcomes and teacher performance.

Teacher Hiring & Exit Management

  • Coordinate with HR/recruitment teams for teacher hiring requirements.
  • Participate in teacher interviews and evaluate candidates based on defined criteria.
  • Manage teacher onboarding and induction.
  • Handle the complete teacher lifecycle, including performance-related exits and formal exit processes.
  • Maintain accurate teacher records and documentation.

PTM Management

  • Plan and coordinate Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
  • Ensure teachers are well-prepared for PTMs and communicate effectively with parents.
  • Monitor feedback received from parents and identify areas for improvement.
  • Follow up on concerns and ensure timely resolution.

Team Management

  • Manage and mentor the Teacher Operations team.
  • Set clear expectations, monitor daily performance, and ensure operational discipline.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one discussions and performance reviews.
  • Build a positive, accountable, and high-performance team culture.

Rotational Availability

  • Complete rotational availability is mandatory.
  • The candidate must be comfortable working across different shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts, based on business requirements.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends/holidays may be required as per operational needs.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Prior experience in the EdTech industry is mandatory.
  • Experience in online education / online teaching operations will be strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in teacher management, training, quality, or academic operations.
  • Strong people-management and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and manage teams independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup/EdTech environment.
  • Full rotational-shift flexibility is mandatory.
