Full time, permanent

We are looking for experienced and trainee practitioners who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of autistic children and young people. If you share our mission to ensure autistic learners access the education and support they need to belong, succeed and lead lives full of opportunity, choice and independence, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Purpose

As a Teaching and Learning Practitioner, you’ll be part of a class team supporting around eight pupils. Working one-to-one and in small groups, you will help deliver personalised learning that supports communication, independence and participation. You will work alongside teachers, behaviour analysts, speech and language therapists and occupational therapists, helping pupils build skills and make progress at their own pace. Our approach starts with understanding behaviour as communication and responding to each learner’s individual strengths and needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
