Teaching Assistant

Hours: 17.5 hours per week, 5 mornings per week.

Grade: D3 to D4

Salary: £25,614 to £26,016

(Actual £10,163.80 - £10,323.32 )

38 weeks per year

Starting: asap

We Are Seeking Someone Who

  • Is enthusiastic, approachable, friendly, and positive about their contribution to our whole school community;
  • Has the ability to work confidently, effectively, flexibly, and independently
  • Previous experience of working with and supporting children of relevant age in a school environment.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to work constructively as part of a supportive team.
  • Good Literacy and Numeracy skills.
  • Ability to build successful working relationships with both children, staff, and parents.
  • Personal commitment to on-going professional development.
  • Shows initiative and creativity in different situations;
  • Is passionate about children’s safety and well-being;
  • Is keen to support the ethos of a Church school.
