We approach things a little differently at Loddon, offering home-based style education, with no classrooms, children learning through play and experience new life skills. The role involves supporting the teacher, running activities in their absence, motivating others in terms of education activities, recording data and having a good level of literacy.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching, facilitating daily activities and contributing new and creative ideas to help the children learn. As a positive role model, you will play a key role in advocating for and promoting the safety, wellbeing, and best interests of the children every day.
Experience working within a similar setting or an educational background is essential.
Supporting qualifications such as a Level 3 Residential Child Care Diploma would be desirable.

Salary: £25,447 – £26,793 (Salary is dependant on qualifications & experience).
