We are currently recruiting for several TA vacancies at an outstanding specialist school in Oxford, with opportunities available across their Primary, Secondary and Post-16 departments.

Working alongside teachers and specialist staff to support pupils academically, socially and emotionally.
POST-16
Helping older students develop independence, life skills, employability and preparation for their next steps.
The school supports pupils from 5 to 18, creating the opportunity to build a long-term career within one specialist setting.
WHO WOULD SUIT THESE ROLES?
We are particularly interested in TAs who have:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEND
- Experience supporting pupils with Autism / ASD
- Experience with ADHD, SEMH or associated behavioural needs
- A calm, patient and consistent approach
- The ability to build trusting relationships
- A genuine interest in helping young people become more independent
- The resilience and positivity required to work in a specialist setting

Experience within a specialist school is highly desirable, but we are also keen to hear from strong mainstream TAs who have relevant SEND experience.
