Hillstone Junior & Infant School,
Hillstone Primary School is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive, community-centred academy.

About The Role
The successful applicant will:
- Be timetabled across the primary phase
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to raise attainment, with a particular focus on our most vulnerable learners
- Support inclusion through high-quality classroom practice, small-group intervention, and individual support
- Contribute positively to our caring, ambitious school culture

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is committed to inclusion and pupil progress
- Communicates effectively with pupils, staff, and families
- Works well as part of a team
- Has experience in a primary school setting (desirable but not essential)
- Has a ELSA qualification (desirable)

Hillstone Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check and other relevant safeguarding checks.
