Salary:
£16,188 - £16.442
Hours:
27.5hrs (working days 8.20 - 3.20 Monday to Wednesday, 8.20 - 12.20 Thursday & Friday)

We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work across both KS1 and lower-KS2, assisting the class teacher and working with individuals and small groups of children under the direction of the class teacher.
We are looking for a person who will:
- follow teacher instructions carefully
- use their initiative when required
- treat colleagues respectfully
- be flexible in their approach to timetabling
- support children in the classroom and during offsite visits
- cover break-time duties
- lead intervention sessions
- promote our School Christian values.

This post is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of criminal records via the Disclosure and Barring Service before the appointment is confirmed. This will include details of cautions, reprimands, or final warnings, as well as convictions. The County Council has a commitment to safeguarding service users in our care.
