Teaching Assistant โ Full Time
๐ Location: L10 Area, Liverpool
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with class teachers in KS1 to provide consistent, compassionate support throughout the school day. You'll help create a safe, stimulating environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Assist with sensory integration and communication needs
- Implement structured routines and behaviour support strategies
- Foster independence, engagement, and emotional wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with teachers, Learning Support Assistants, and the wider school team
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting children with autism and/or PMLD in a school or care setting
- A calm, patient, and proactive approach
- A genuine passion for inclusive education and making a difference in children's lives
