Graduate Teaching Assistant: Hanwell

Reeson Education are working with a welcoming and supportive school in Hanwell who are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates who are passionate about education and want to gain hands-on experience working with children, particularly pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils access the curriculum and make progress. You will provide one-to-one and small-group support, helping children develop both academically and socially.
The role will give you excellent insight into life in a classroom and the opportunity to develop the practical skills and experience that can be invaluable when pursuing teacher training in the future.

The School Is Looking For Graduates Who:
- Are passionate about working with children and young people
- Are considering a career in teaching
- Have a degree or are due to graduate
- Are patient, enthusiastic, and supportive
- Have a genuine interest in SEN and inclusive education
- Can build positive relationships with pupils
- Are keen to learn and develop their classroom experience
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
