From nurturing early learners in primary classrooms to guiding teenagers through their GCSEs in secondary schools, Chester's vibrant education community needs passionate Teaching Assistants like you.

What You'll Do
- Assist teachers with phonics, play-based learning, creative activities, and small group interventions.
- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for students needing extra help.
- Help build student confidence, resilience, and academic success.
- Foster an inclusive, positive environment where every young person thrives.

What We're Looking For
- Energy, empathy, and a strong passion for working with children or teenagers.
- Excellent communication, patience, and adaptability.
- Relevant experience (schools, nurseries, youth work, sports coaching, or care).
- Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or willingness to complete one).
