Milk Education are working with a supportive Primary School in Nottingham seeking a passionate and reliable Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately after half term on either a long-term or short-term basis.

Whether you’re an experienced TA or looking to build on your classroom experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils across the classroom and in small groups
  • Delivering catch-up/intervention sessions
  • Encouraging inclusion and positive engagement
  • Working closely with the class teacher to adapt learning to pupil needs

What We're Looking For:

  • Recent experience working with children or within education
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB etc.) or relevant experience
  • A positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude
