We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, committed, caring, and diligent person as a Teaching Assistant and Lunchtime Supervisor working 1:1 with a child with complex needs. As the child becomes more settled and confident in the provision, the role may broaden to helping other children in the class.

The Successful Candidate Will
- Be able to provide a friendly and professional service to our children
- Assist with the personal needs of pupils including social, health, physical, hygiene, first aid, and welfare matters
- Assist with the supervision of pupils ensuring their safety and access to learning
- Provide high-level supervision and support for pupils in the classroom, dining hall, and the playground
- Help to develop social skills through play and promote children’s physical and emotional wellbeing
- Be dedicated and patient
- Be able to work effectively with pupils and within a team of other staff members
- Have a flexible manner which is honest and friendly and the ability to communicate at all levels
