We are looking for an experienced, motivated and resourceful Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated Thrive Team. Working 30 hours per week, term-time only. You will support children with their emotional wellbeing and learning, working across our THRIVE nurture base and classroom to help children overcome barriers, access the curriculum and thrive.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is
- Calm, positive and nurturing.
- Passionate about supporting children's wellbeing and learning.
- Able to build strong, trusting relationships with children, staff and families.
- Understanding of how children learn and develop.
- Patient, compassionate and adaptable.
ELSA or Thrive training, or experience supporting children with attachment difficulties and trauma, would be desirable but not essential.
