Teaching Assistant - Palterton Primary School

Redhill Academy Trust Pay Scale - Band 7 - Scale Point 32 - 36

Actual salary: £22,094.89 - £23,923.66 per annum (FTE: £26,141.85 - £28,305.58)

32.5 hours per week - Full Time - Fixed Term - Term Time Only

About You…

This rewarding opportunity is for someone who is compassionate, committed and passionate about helping young people thrive both academically and personally.

We are looking for a teaching assistant to join our inclusive primary school and play a key role in the classroom.

The successful candidate will be resourceful, empathetic, flexible, inspirational and forward thinking.

You will have highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, be able to inspire and motivate students and colleagues to achieve their best and be committed to the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people.
