Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Salary: £10,352 - £10,516 per annum
Hours: 16.5 per week
Location: St Richards Church of England First School, Evesham
Fixed term contract - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

We are seeking dedicated SEN Learning Assistants to join our team!
St Richard's Church of England First School is a school that is undertaking a transformative journey; recently reduced from 2 form to 1 1/2 form entry, with a significantly high level of need and children who need nurture, love and support. Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to pupils with SEN, focusing on their unique learning needs.
- Utilise interactive learning techniques to enhance engagement.
- Collaborate with teachers and educational professionals to develop and implement personalised learning plans.
- Assist in the preparation and adaptation of teaching materials, ensuring they are accessible to pupils with varying abilities.
- Facilitate interactive learning activities, both in groups and on a one-to-one basis.
- Promote independence and social interaction among pupils with SEN.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents/guardians.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, ensuring students' well-being.
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with SEN is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, compassionate, and understanding approach when working with pupils.
- Ability to adapt and differentiate teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards inclusive education.

The contracts will be for a named pupil with an EHCP
