Teaching Assistant (+ including support for health and care needs)

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic support staff team. The successful candidate will be working to support pupils with significant needs.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • A team player who is kind, patient and dependable, with the ability to remain calm and positive in every situation.
  • Someone who can naturally connect with children and create relationships built on trust, respect and encouragement.
  • Enthusiasm, creativity and a willingness to go the extra mile to help pupils engage, learn and thrive.
  • Experience or an understanding of SEMH and communication needs is desirable.
  • Comfortable supporting pupils with intimate care with dignity and care.

The post is term time only - 5 days per week, 32.5 hours per week - agreed with the successful candidate.

FTE (Full Time Equivalent) pay £25,186.00 - £26,244.00 on a fixed term contract.
