Teaching Assistant Required for East Sussex Academy Hailsham (Primary)
About the Role:
We are looking for an inspired teaching assistant to join our fantastic school for pupils aged 5 to 10. You should have a passion for learning, be highly motivated, work well as part of a team, and be committed to engaging with pupils in a positive, calm, and caring way.
Responsibilities:
- Make life-changing differences to children.
- Work with a supportive, caring, dedicated staff and governing body.
- Engage with pupils aged 5 to 10.
- Join a team of enthusiastic, kind, caring, resilient, and dedicated people.

About Us:
We are the newly commissioned Alternative Provision in East Sussex for pupils who have been permanently excluded from school or are at high risk of permanent exclusion. We are in an exciting period of development as we seek to shape our school to have an inspirational offer in place for the children in our care.
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm, kindness, care, resilience, and dedication.
- Ability to engage with pupils aged 5 to 10.
- Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
