About This Role
We are looking for an Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team of support staff who are dedicated to providing the best possible opportunities to our students. In liaison with the class teacher, you will work with students to target identified learning needs. You will also provide practical support in the classroom to students who have recognised learning needs, supporting them to achieve their potential. In addition, you will work with subject teachers to ensure lesson materials are used effectively in order for students to make the expected progress towards their target levels.
You will have a genuine passion and belief in the potential of every pupil and be able to relate to young people and adults within the learning environment and be versatile, resilient and able to adapt your practice wherever necessary to support across all key stages. Your application should include a section explaining your interest in this post and why your qualifications, professional experience and knowledge, professional expertise and personal attributes are relevant to this appointment.
