We are experiencing high demand for reliable, enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.

Long-Term Opportunities
- If you prefer consistency, we offer fixed-term placements spanning a term or a full academic year. This allows you to embed yourself within a specific school community, build strong relationships with class teachers, and support specific children's educational growth over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to class teachers in preparing resources, managing classroom activities, and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Work 1:1 or with small groups of pupils to reinforce literacy, numeracy, and core curriculum tasks.
- Help children build confidence, focus, and social skills, offering gentle guidance and encouragement.
- Assist pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) by tailoring learning activities to suit their individual learning styles.
- Support classroom management and encourage positive behaviour in line with school policies.
- Assist with supervision during break times, lunchtimes, and school trips as needed.
What We Look For
- Previous experience supporting children in an educational, childcare, nursery, or community setting.
- A warm, patient, and encouraging approach with strong communication skills.
- Good standards of literacy and numeracy (GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths preferred).
- An adaptable, proactive attitude with the ability to step into different primary classrooms with confidence.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete one).
