Teaching Assistant - Art

Location: Bath

Pay Rate: £90 - £100 per day (subject to experience and qualifications)

Hours: Part- or full-time hours during school hours.

We're currently partnering with a wide range of schools across Bath and are looking for creative, enthusiastic, and engaging Teaching Assistants from an arts background.

Whether you're a practising artist, illustrator, designer, maker, or creative professional between projects, this is a fantastic opportunity to use your creativity and artistic skills in a school setting helping children not only with their learning but also with their social-emotional development (SEL). We've found that Teaching Assistants with experience in the arts often build quick, meaningful connections with students through creativity, self-expression, and imaginative thinking.

You can work flexibly from just one day a week to full-time, depending on your availability. School hours are generally 8:00am-4:00pm, and pay is weekly. If you're looking for a rewarding role as a Teaching Assistant that fits around your creative career, get in touch – we'd love to hear from you!

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
