Hours of Work
32.5 hours per week
Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only, working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service.
As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata.

Fletching Church of England Primary School is seeking a dedicated Full-time Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team, starting in September 2026
Working Hours: 8.30am – 3.30pm, Monday to Friday
The ideal candidate will:
- Be passionate about supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
- Ideally have experience working as a teaching assistant with primary-aged children, ideally across a range of year groups
- Be confident in delivering small-group and 1:1 interventions in areas such as reading, writing, and maths
- Work closely with class teachers and the Inclusion Lead to plan, deliver, and review high-quality support
- Demonstrate flexibility, creativity, and strong communication skills
