Teaching Assistants (Fixed Term)
22.5 hours per week (08:30am – 1:00pm)
Two positions available (Year 3 and Year 6)
Truro & Penwith Academy Trust, together with Perranporth School are seeking to appoint two enthusiastic, caring and committed Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about supporting children's learning and wellbeing, helping every child to achieve their very best.

Working alongside class teachers and the wider school team, the successful candidates will play an important role in supporting teaching and learning, helping children to develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.
About You:
We are looking for Teaching Assistants who:
- Have experience of working with primary-aged children
- Build positive and nurturing relationships with pupils
- Are passionate about inclusion and supporting all learners to succeed
- Can work effectively as part of a team whilst showing initiative and flexibility
- Have high expectations of behaviour, learning and personal development
- Are organised, reliable and committed to making a difference for children
- Demonstrate patience, kindness and resilience
- Are fully committed to safeguarding, inclusion and equality
