Greenfield Primary are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant (Level 2) to join our dedicated school team. Working under the guidance of the SENCO and classroom teachers, you will support pupils, including those with special educational needs, to access learning, develop confidence and achieve their full potential.
The role involves:
- Supporting individuals and small groups
- Promoting positive behaviour
- Assisting with learning activities
- Helping to create an engaging classroom environment
Candidates should hold, or be willing to work towards, an NVQ Level 2 qualification. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in children's lives. This is a fixed term role to cover maternity leave.

Greenfield Primary School joined Dudley Academies Trust in November 2025 and has 280 children on roll. Our environment is a very caring, nurturing one, where we value the learning and achievements of everyone – because everyone can grow in a Greenfield! While teaching can be very challenging and there is always lots to do, we all strive together and support each other to continually improve and be the best that we can be.
