Jackfield Infants School
The New Guild Trust are looking for an experienced and dedicated EYFS Practitioner who understands how young children learn best and can provide warmth, care, challenge and high expectations that enable every child to flourish.
Starting in November 2026, we are looking for someone who is warm, patient, positive and nurturing, builds strong relationships with children and families, and is committed to creating an inclusive environment where every child can flourish.
We are seeking a teaching assistant who has experience in Early Years practice and who has the relevant qualifications for Early Years
This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the journey to help shape a nurturing, ambitious and inclusive provision.
We are looking for a passionate and reflective practitioner who:
- Has experience working with pupils within EYFS
- Delivers creative, personalised and engaging learning.
- Builds strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
- Has high aspirations for every child.
